Don't you use this!!! This will kill your sd card or may demage it. That is bad for your phone and sdcard. Buy new phone with better ram, but please dont use this. It is confirmed, can demage, or decrease sdcard life! Read on forums, xda first!

Sd cards have a limited number of writes to each section. That's why you should never defrag an Sd card.

Lotta' app on gplay will tell (better say lust) u that they can expand/boost ur hardware's power. In this case ignore such apps at all costs to protect ur hardware. Such apps are made to damage ur hardware silently. Thay have no good usage.

RE: Use Sd Card As Ram In Android (Increase Your Phone's RAM)
Just to clarify.. This will not exacly use your SD Card as a RAM channel. SD Cards has much less I/O Speed than RAM memories, and it's a non-volatile memory. Your SD Card will instead serve as a Swap device, wich means, applications running in second plan will be moved to the swap when the first plan application needs more memory, as second plan applications need much less performance to be running. That's why games have better performance when you do this.
Android itself makes a Swap partition already in the internal memory, but the system makes a very small partition as phones usually have less internal space. Using SD Card as a swap partition is a great deal to increase the swap partition size. It's recommended to give the size of your partition the double size of your RAM, for example, you have 2GB RAM, you can make a swap partition with 4GB space.

¿Does it harm your SD Card?
Yes and no.
In truth, any non-volatile memory has a write limit, because their memory blocks wear out each write section. But the limit is very big, so if you, for example, are writing 3GB each day, it will take years and years, like decades, for the memory device be damaged.
The other factor that can damage your SD Card is heat, but most SD Cards heat much few and most phones itself has a metal that can serve as a heat-sink in the SD Card slot

What you truly need to be sure is if your SD-Card is good quality, preferably original. The writing limit of bad-quality SD Cards are much smaller and they can even corrupt data easily. Bad quality memory devices are easily damaged, and using them as a Swap partition may be not healthy for them

Just in case, i recommend to backup your SD Card data if you'll use it a a swap device. Or use a separated, good-quality (not just because of the damage factor, but because of the I/O speed aswell), SD-Card only for this.
