The house is next to volsurfic tavern, in the island Initria.

there isn't no map there? try checking where you haven't evaded.

Pick the lock (the guard is apparently blind :-) ) and inside is a key (among other things)..
Try this it should help.
The door is close to the north gate right?

It's on west of volsurfic tavern, south of redeemer tower.

Pick the lock or when you complete a hidden quest from one the villagerrs you get it open.
I think its a beggar[not sure ]
