For android, I use this 2 - Timber.apk and InShot.apk (chk them on apkpure or apkmb)
For pc, vsdc.exe (cracksnow site)

U can. But it needs high end phone to run. I had tried this once, not worked. My phone's 2gb ram, armv7eabi processer not enough. But inshot working all ok.
