Can some one give me Full Version of "N-Gage Cool" emulator.. Please
Or Please suggest a good N-Gage Emulator for Windows/Android.

I'm sorry, I can't seem to find it.
Anyways, NGageCool only can emulate the J2ME-based games for the N-Gage (reference) so maybe an Nokia/J2ME emulator can run them. Give a try to those ones.
If the game is not an Java (.jar) application but a Symbian (.sis) one, you are out of luck
, not even NGageCool can run them.(If i'm wrong in something please point it me out)

No, *sis is simbian OS, I have the emulator, but I want Ngage Emulator which can run Ngage games, Ngage games are *dat file. (I have downloaded from A website). If it was *jar, i no need any emulator.. (KEmulator is perfect) but i want a N-gage emulator that can run *dat files.
The ROM i download was Spider-Man 2, When i extract the *zip, i found a lot of files and "nokia.dat" file was first.
