To get license, Download Gangstar Vegas from Google Play, stop the download at about 1MB or less. You now have license. But the version from the link is too old, the game is stuck on Update menu so you can't play. It is better to download the game latest version from Google Play.

Gangster Vegas .free on play store....so why u are downloading it from another site?
