You can play four different game modes with 32 national teams competing in the 2014 Brazil World Championship. You can play offline. Player names are not correct, example: Cesc Fabregat. And to play World Cup match you need coins i think you can earn from Friendly Match. I tested this game but controls are a bit hard to run and score goals.
