I don't think it's a good idea to use it to develop games, it is not a IDE for Java applications and doesn't even has GUI packages, and it's not planned to be as it's an abandoned project. And to don't consider many other issues. Use J2ME SDK Mobile instead.

That mostly depends on your phone. Check if there's a "option" menu before you open the application
