Eze it install wen i launch it it stops on d first page/screen and does not load again

They were the only values i saw the confusing part is that there are three values but they are all the same making it 6, for example these are the values, 74, 53, 21 instead this was what i saw 74, 74, 53, 53, 21, 21 can someone tell me what to do

Play the game and to know what to do extract that same game in 6 diff folder..
1st one
edit the
74 74 53 53 21 21
to 75 74 54 53 22 21
do this in other folders seperately too .
Or edit one vallue like the 2nd 74 to 75.
Dont jump to ldc 9999 just do that
