I don't think its not true.In my opinion, it may have a Dual core processer & 1 GB RAM.But, I'm wondering the info u provided, how can a mobile phone have Quad core processor with the price of less than $100 ?

2GB RAM? never.. RAM should be 512MB/1GB for this low budget phone...
