Here's some of the oldest ones I've ever come across: (files attached below) - Block Buster by HolyCowBoy Some claim this is the oldest released J2ME game around. It is a simple block breaker style game with powerups. It was distributed freely at the author's website. The dates at the JAR indicate that it's from around November 2000 - J2ME SDK Demos by Sun Microsystems Released along the first J2ME SDK as a code sample for developers. Might have been worked on internally before J2ME's release, so they may have been worked on before any other possible J2ME game. They cannot fully be considered to have been released, though - Jerry the Cat by Cocoasoft A really simple arcade platformer game. The dates inside the JAR indicate it was finished around January 2001. This game, unlike the two prior ones was a commercial product.
