I have lang editor but this caused many errors/bugs/freezes. MobileHEX has many functions and encodings it can translate almost every game. Lang editor cannot. Some games needs editing images which dont have png. This is very difficult. For BIN files using a text editor or hex editor with correct encoding.

No. Only s60v3, s60v5 and Symbian^3. If your phone is hacked and have both Python installed, maybe it will work on your s60v2 too. I think this is optimized file.
