Use J2ME Loader

how to use that

First, if you don't have the .jar app/game file on your Android phone, download it from dedomil.net, phoneky.com, mobiles24.co or other trusted websites.
Second, if you don't have J2ME Loader app on your Android phone, install it from Google Play Store.
Third, open the J2ME Loader app, click on the red plus (+) icon on the down-right corner then choose the .jar file to install/convert.
Fourth, click Start and set the screen resolution.
Fifth, click Start and start playing the game contains music till the end, then Exit.
Sixth, open your file manager, go to internal storage (or /storage/emulated/0), open Android folder, open data folder, open ru.playsoftware.j2meloader folder, open cache folder, and you found the .mid audio file.
