¡Rdx has shared us on Discord some documentation archives comming from old J2ME game development websites!
It has plenty of useful stuff about J2ME coding
Be aware you need a phone compatible with PDF files to be able to read most of them... There's PDF Readers apps for Java but, unfortunately, none of them are much good
